.::Alliel::. draft

just another draft on my new character concept of "Alliel"
she's creating magic of some description...

yeh... well still drafting the desing of this character... i like the wings, and the colthes are good but the hair and face in this one arnt all that great... cant fix it tho coz i have alredy inked it
the clothes are a keeper tho, so, i'll redo it in a sec, hopefully the next one turns out better
